Hmmmm, usually the ideal thing would be to respond, but sometimes they really have some better things to concentrate on besides the website especially since the product hasn't even launched.
I listened to the past interviews from Chris, and I havn't seen anything out of line just yet. Responding to shareholder maybe a sign of better leadership, but I don't see the significance of the problem.
Even IF this guy has been in trouble, I have had very nice runs with CEOs considered to have bad pasts. Don't get your mind clustered on that information. Trade accordingly, take some profits, and hold some.
