In comparing the amended S1 filed today with the original filing, I find that the largest difference lies in the listing of the stock owners. Further DD into the financials, and still comparing, indicates that the shares paid for the NDD IP acquisition were distributed to what was likely the shareholders of the original company that owned it. This seems to me to be a normal course of business and absolutely no reason for the apparent panic that seems to be attacking some of the posters here. IMO of course. GLTA
