In this PR it states another company has bought controlling interest, an Apparel company. They are not looking to be in the BIO FUEL industry nor are the looking at any clean energy type business. They are buying the shell in essence and using it for their own business. You are now going to be an investor in apparel, how that plays out will be a whole different discussion, but your current BOD was just wiped out and the only person staying around is RT who is basically extending the ride. imo
Remember this was just RSed 9 months ago, and this now looks like a typical scam pinky to any investor. It just changed the type of business it is doing and wiped the BOD, and it has pretty much wiped the orginal investor base equity clean. Perception of new investors is this is not good at all, and in fatc it will be months to even a years before this shell will be touched because of how fresh the RS and the new changes in business model have occured... imo
The Apparel company will be announcing the name, name change, trading symbol change, management structure and business plan along with the launch of the new website to be announced.
