Patience the company is moving forward in the permit process. The company is in better position than last year at this same time. either wait it out and reap the benifit of the company creating a new biomass facility, or sell your shares and move on to a diffenet stock, but quit b&%tchin about the same thing over and over again. NO news, Need Update, I got robbed every other day when nothing has changed since the last time we were crying about the same stuff. please give it a rest, and quit spamming.

Wow, you really need a break from worrying about this stock and lamenting the same things over and over and over. Either you're in it for the long haul, in which case you need to quit worrying about it week in and week out, or you need to just sell out and find another stock to flip.

TAP, unless I'm incorrect the O/S hasn't increased in over a year. The reason for the drop was most likely due to restricted shares from previous years being sold. So to us it appeared as if the company was selling shares, (and they still could have been) but instead it was more likely previous investor(s) as the CEO had stated on this blog.

It would be nice to see a PR, but I am happy to see the O/S unchanged. Someone is paying for all these permits, business trips, etc. It is pretty obvious this is due to $$ received from the JV arrangement and not A/S being sold into the market.

If it wasn't for the JV arrangement, I would be very nervous about LLEG getting the job done. I'm still nervous about a few open ended questions that I believe will soon be resolved. (PPA, wood study, full funding, etc) I'm just not as nervous as I would be if LLEG were on their own.

The shares were apparently restricted and that's what we are getting. It increased roughly 800m...ish
