then the PR says: ".... an upcoming Nevada based Apparel manufacturing company today
acquired controlling interest of ENVIROTEK by way of Preferred control stock effective immediately"

so which one is it ? and

What is "an upcoming company" ?

What is "Preferred control stock" ? ....... (LOL ?)
