one difference is they discovered oil with all 4 exploratory wells in akpo. i get your point though and agree to a certain extent. tons of misinformation/secrets.
The the number of wells that are drilled and the time frame when phase 2 begins along with Total's deal with Chevron in block 1 should be telling. However the continued downplay of the 5 wells from phase 1 and any wells dug in phase 2 will no doubt continue to be a shrouded with word games !
