fxcm77, I take it from your comment that you have never emailed or tried to call a company in regards to what you wish to find out.

I personally have emailed companies, and sometimes you do get a reply back from them on what you are inquiring about. I have even been given a phone number to call them directly as well, not this company but another one. I was surprised that they offered to actually talk to me over the phone, and it was very nice to have that happen.

Still a better day then I was hoping for... If it even gets to around .15 today thats a major victory.
