So allowable shares have increased. Most intelligent companies have many more allowable shares than outstanding. Saves them time should they need to raise money for a project.

What is important is that the FLOAT is the same as it was then, as per the CEO.

And until you can prove credentials with more inside knowledge than the CEO, I will trust him.
