I simply asked if you are a WLSA shareholder? "Me thinks the lady doth protest too much" - William Shakespeare

John Vallay,

In one post you state that your claims are opinions and in another you stated that they were facts. Which is it? If they are facts, then you shouldn't have any problem providing links or references to verify your claims.

You stated: "Do your own due diligence, but don't start criticizing and questioning me unless you can prove me wrong for my due diligence." Actually, I'm of the opinion that you (or anyone else) need to prove yourself right if you make unfounded public claims. Otherwise, I just consider you guilty of libel.

I'd be very interested in any facts that you have regarding John G. Simmonds involvement in GlenAyre and Intek (although you don't mention this company). I'm intersted in how he was involved with the development of each company and how much each company was bought and later sold for and how that benefitted shareholders.

I'm not interested in anything involving his personal and private life. I don't think that's any of our business.

Regarding NewLook claiming sales from WLSA on their quarterly and annual reports, you must be a securities lawyer, because you unequivocally claim that this was illegal. It was my understanding that this was not only legal, but REQUIRED by the Toronto Exchange rules, since NLI was a controlling shareholder of WLSA.

Regarding Sunbay Energy contracts, you claimed that there are none. Although, I personally haven't seen these, there is pretty good public evidence from Europlasma (partially owned by Credit Suisse), Turtle Bay Recycling, and the First Nation partner in New Brunswick among others that these contracts do exist.

Regarding Sunbay Energy being founded by Graham Simmonds (John's son) and his friend Jordan Oxley, I say great. We now know how John came across this opportunity. I can tell you from my time as a WLSA employee that it was my impression that Jordan Oxley was very much in favor of the assistance that was being provided by John G. Simmonds in the development of Sunbay Energy.
