megas needs to be questioned a lot at this point. for a man who is supposed to be a savvy businessman and supposedly spent $800k he sure has stumbled, fumbled, and bumbled this big time. yes the SEC and DTCC are corrupt, but IMO he spent his dollars and energy in all the wrong places over the last 5 years. pathetic!

something doesn't add up..... oh yeah he is in PNG working on a billion dollar deal to roll into BCIT and looking for legal donations from shareholders. sorry, this shit charade is over and i just wish megas would have the decency to formally tell us. though i doubt he will. my guess is he leaves us with our dicks in our hands waiting for the hooker to finally show, but her pimp had the wrong address.
