The Effective Date
If you read the Special Meeting of Stockholders Document it states that these events are effective when they are Filed with the Idaho Secretary of State. The Documents were Filed, Approved, and Stamped Effective by the Idaho SOS on 4/16/10, which makes 4/16/10 the Effective Date.
There are a few here that believe everything has been done here. There is little doubt that Marathon Group now owns this stock. However, you can not just snap your fingers and complete a reverse split. There is an orderly, legal process that must be followed. There is also the proportionate number of shares reduction and share price increase. I can not find any confirmation that these events have taken place.
I have written several posts that whether the reverse split has occurred or not, should not make any difference on the share price. This stock is so undervalued at the moment, if anyone was selling they should be done by now.
According to attorney working on the merger, they are just waiting for regulatory approval. Logic suggests there will then be a public PR.
