Here's wishing you luck to that happening for you. That would really be some good input. I was thinking the next shareholders meeting possibly, but I do know things just get in the way a lot of times.

I never had any problem getting a response. Asking relevant questions and being courteous goes a long way

I've never had a problem either and their email address is open to all. Just one more good option and even though the bigger percentage of people do not do it statistically and look to other people to do it for them, it really does work. It doesn't hurt either and I would suggest anyone to try it, even hard questions can be done that way as long as the courtesy and relevancy is used. The best way sometimes to get things done is oneself and it is one good option and very little time considering what one has for there investment.
