To clarify that about his wife and kids and jail I told him many people were leary of deals like this because the wording in the THRR pr was similair to his pr on board approves the sale. I also told him that several execs at SPNG we arrrested for pulling a major scam and were going to jail for 5 years or so for scaming investors, That is when he said he had a wife and 3 kids etc and he also said he felt truley blessed with the HM3 acquisiton. Let me know if this clarifies as I was getting what I could and felt inmportant and wanted him to know about recent scammers.
the only shares left are about 127m and that includes the ones sharholders own so there is not enough out there left for them even if they did sell the balance left after you take out what the shareholder own to make it profitable for a scam. no one in there right might and the harringtons would risk everything for the amount of shares you think that could have been sold there is just not enough there to make you and your partners rich etc
