this past week I was assisting a friend of mine in tracking down all of his MDMN shares...he has multiple investor trading accounts and millions of shares of MDMN....we found a discrepancy back in 2003 with one of his brokerage firms...there was one reporting quarterly statement where 87,000 shares disappeared from his account and there was nothing on his brokerage statement to indicate if those shares had been sold or transferred to another account....after several phone calls we were informed that those shares had been placed in a restricted status....what that means...you got me...he had never requested that they be place in safe keeping....now were are attempting to have those shares replace and his balance brought back to its original position....if we had not completed our own audit he would have never known....and no one at their end would have brought this matter to his attention.....any theories on what happened to his 87,000 shares...hummmmmm?
