I would assume he signed a confidentiality agreement, but you never know, also, its possible he was let go because the Chinese didn't like the prospects him and his team chose for the first phase, or perhaps they had an amicable parting of ways.

Could it be he is working for SNP or another SNP wholly owned subsidiary? Officially that would mean he is no longer working for Addax. Just a thought.

Does anyone have direct access to Leslie Blair? He probably knows Jeff's whereabouts or knows who does know.
