I just read two dockets. 3024 and 3025.

3024 is from the unsecured creditors regarding the termination of exclusivity and is filled with vague statements and appears to continue their "Liar, Liar pants on Fire" legal arguments.

3025 is regarding the examiner request and is from the Ad Hoc EC, is well laid out, points out legal flaws in the arguments from the debtors and also shows the debtors legal team omitting pertinent portions of rulings they quote.

The contradictions in the arguments of the debtors is obvious even to me.

I thought the pps held up well today and next week should continue the exciting times here.
