Yes, Texas would be decent. no state income tax in Washington State as well. However, we have a governor who decided to tax bottled water and american beer. She did not tax microbrews or wine made locally, as her and her husband drink the micros and local wine. LMAO.....
You also have to drive to Idaho to buy dish washing detergent that will actually clean you dishes in your dishwasher... tree hugger central here!!!
