I've said this several times before, but nobody listens.
In Mexico you cannot start a mine on a large scale without a SEMARNAT permit. This permit is only given when you supply them with a mining plan. Bob has not done that yet and probably will never will. If there was a plan, it would have been registered and available for the public.
What he said was " "We didn't say we were starting production, we said we were starting.. Under the permits we can go in and strip the mine, make ready for full production and we can take out some iron". Translated, this means he is no where near production. There is no equipment, no trucks, nothing, not even a full permit.
Even if he "can take out some iron ", who will buy a couple of tons?
