Changing T/A to another T/A would not do anything to the PPS. The only way it effects the PPS is through investors. The real question to ask here is how long have they already been working with this T/A? I would not speculate and say they have already been working with them for a couple weeks now. We simply don't know. Anyone who has been following this should have already known this was coming. A company this big is not going to want to call a office in America that is closed. E-commerce was the only way this was going to work. Also there is speculation of this being a gagged T/A. No one knows this either. It's to the companies discretion not the T/A. If the company says share it-they will. This is major imo, are we going to be straight forward and honest? Or slowly dilute the hell out of this without anyone knowing? I'm interested to know which direction they go as far as short term or long. Anyhoo it's the investor speculation that will change the PPS not the actual T/A themselves.
