If that was the case, why announce a buyback in the first place? Using your logic, If I was Mr. Bradley, I'd continue to only PR to cause dismay within shareholder sentiment whilst conducting a buyback totally in secret to maximize my deceit.

If I was Bradley, I'd have announced a LONG time ago that I was going to implement a 5000 to 1 reverse split to scare the crap out of investors to drive the price south......do the buyback regardless of funding, then recind the reverse split before it took place.

Mr. Bradley may be naive when it comes to PR wording, but I don't think he's deliberately deceitful about their content.....not yet, anyway.
