Top Management managing information - ERHC Disclosures are totally inadequate. Paraphrasing from the May 6, 2010 IBD article on page 3:
"..... doesn't think it's good corporate governance to "keep your cards close to your chest and ask 'What is it you want to know?' and then you pull out the card and say 'Here's the answer on that.' You should try to truthfully answer people's questions, not respond in a way that is technically true but leaves out important information. It will come back and bite you if you don't give a full answer."
Someone should send this to Dan Kenney and Peter Nephte - on 2nd thought it would probably be a waste of time.
