News could be anything at all, and again, just because the QP is over doesn't mean you have to release news. Also, as I said before, the QP is not enforced if you have "material" news to release.
In addition, there is no offering right now of shares, just a shelf filing or registration filing. I dont even think there is a quiet period during a shelf registration filing, NNVC is simply waiting for approval is all... and they got the approval on April 29th.
A quiet period exists only if you are making an offer of securities, which right now they ARE NOT.
