Hard to say. OTC stacks are horribly manipulated. You can put an order in and be below the Ask and not fill. MMs can walk it down in 100 lot increments and as long as they work together they can walk it way down there. The bid and the ask are more like well I think it is worth about this much today. Think I will call up old Dolly and see if she won't trade some with me and then we can get everybody frothin and make some good money on the rebound. That is really a fair picture of what is taking place here. Down it goes then back up. Geesh can't these dipwicks get something to frickin happen that is newsworthy? Just the concept is worth a slot on 60minutes ok I am back to the suds.
