Zag; I would like to add that I came across activshopper from a friend, downloaded it, used it for a bit, and because I've done a little online investing over the last few years researched the company and THEN I bought the stock. I found that Activshopper is no doubt the best shopping search tool out there, actually, in my opinion, the only shopping search tool out there. So in my case I did not download the software to try to increase my investment value, however, I invested in a company when I became impressed with their product.

Wrong Zagdad. I am a shareholder. The comparison is that both of the companies I mentioned (ADAT and ADOBE) created technology that was purchased by bigger companies to become standard features with Microsoft. It's clear to me that one of the larger search engines may decide to purchase SHRN's technology. Don't tell me to do DD.
