Jkidder - everyone should do their DD and look at the shares outstanding and S8's, S2's etc etc, and also use chatst and TA to get a feel for where the stock is heading. Your approach is that of someone not wanting people to invest, which is what I suspect your agenda is.
If people are nervous, they should know why. If they are nervous when trading a stock, they should not hold it overnight.
