If we don't have the carriers, it doesn't seem to make sense spending all that money to advertise in USA today. Not sure where the USA rumor got started, but I would wait until we have carriers and are situated on those carriers before we spend the big bucks. To increase interest and motivate people to call carriers, I might want to try local advertisement first.
