Looks like the DOLLAR amount could have been disclosed....don't you think?.....It doesn't reveal the buyer....it just reveals the OFFER......

40 cents a share tells us NOTHING.....some are suggesting that the filings with Pink sheets mean nothing.....because of the merger........why would they not release a dollar amount?....

It would be nice to know.....especially with what happened with other stocks on Pinks yesterday......a pps was given.....not the final amount......just trying to be cautious.....thx
