My answer is YES. Won't let the 5 or 6 people who post 80% of the time who own maybe 1% of the stock or much less control the board.

They still base their investment strategy on a smile from Peter and mangement, manipulation by SNP, and a completely unknown deal by Total.

I prefer exploring both sides of the story.
