I have not used nor been exposed to any confidential info to my advantage to disadvantage any shareholder is the answer. I went too the plant and was exposed to confidential info on a strict basis of confidentiality. This is done all the time to shareholders and the general public at large vendors, business consultant etc. There has been no unfair advantage from which I, nor anyone else has profited. Anyone can visit the site maggco and come away if there own interpretation. Its not like concrete deals have been announced to a single individual but not to the public. All you can get by such a visit is a better idea of the business plan, but it's still just a plan that is yet to come to fruition.
