Spoke to the company today to see what the OS was.. They said it was obviously higher than the old 120M number or whatever it is..

They're clearly selling shares to raise capital.. They said things are looking bleak for the company but that's no surprise..

They also said look for some SEC filings in the near future.. He said a few 8k's. Not sure what the 8k will contain though..
