Hydroflo will aquire HERC in January. HERC will have a good 2005 with a lot of the Navy ships in port. HERC also has technology for cleaning water lines for municipal districts that HydroFlo will be able to market for them. HERC is set up with GSA to sell HydroFlo product to the government.
