HPON: O/S According to Integrity stock Transfer (TA).
Approx. 1.4B Outstanding Shares. So the big Dump Stayed for now.
Checked @ 01:45AM. Ph# 702 317 7757.
Authorized Shares are 10B Shares. Increase from 1B to 10B.
PM is quite. May be calm before storm.
I was told by TA "They cannot give exact # of O/S rather they won't" except give the approx. 1.4B.
According to me some shine to this stock brought by these so called new traders otherwise thing are where they belong.
PM Factor is same; No Financials; PR(s), Pr(s), pr(s)... and then Broken part(s) (PR market timing is Implacable).
HIGH Risk on R/S; Dilution 1.4B up to 10B; Spin off; No chance of a Buy out @ current state.
All International no Domestic Business in spite of US based Company.
In Baseball terms:
Basses are empty and only bench left to bat on and trying to hit all the time Home runs to win the game.
Where as HPON Management is like a Bench team,
Basses are Domestic US Business Operations and,
Home runs are International Business.
Restate my point here again Plenty of open spaces and missed opportunities in Domestic market and not even tried for it.
And looking up @ International markets.
They are like "The Hills from a distance". -- Needs a good look.
Let me try and pick business operations with few examples
1) Broken / turn down Customers @ domestic front like wallgreens just delivered 200 phones.
Never tried there after and ran away to international.
Why? Afraid of Business or verification as a whole.
2) Regarding PR: On one fine Monday states "SKD Line in Mexico Now Establishes and Operational."
Now again let us ask Qtns here "What are we after and why are we going to Mexico??"
Nothing but to fulfill 50,000 Ph orders that's it. For that we are mobilizing all the horses to Mexico.
Why can't we use same horses here in domestic front? How difficult really it is to sell 50,000 Ph(s)? Let me throw an Idia here.
HPON Company's business all about is "Low cost contract free Phones".
How many Collages and universities we have in US?
Just 5 Phones per Collage/University alone by the end of summer term we would have sold all in one year.
Why we didn't do this? Again afraid of Business or verification as a whole.
Are in business or not!!!
We would not have been in this situation
if this HPON management has a quarter of IHUB message board’s brains.
Why quarter at least a fish 2 minute brain is enough.
