As you are a very knowledable person, I have an honest question for you. If the PPS will be north of $2 after approval, as many of the posters believe, and if FDA approval is such a sure fire thing, as most of the posters believe, wouldn't it make sense that the current PPS would be close that price NOW? The MMs, the money managers and the thousands of other professional traders on Wall Street are not stupid.
