It's easy to figure our why is there a delay in the company buyback. They have no money to do it. The funding is a big myth.

Why not? wouldn't you want to buy back and load massively before you announce big news that shoots the price up?

I know that I'm not as experienced in this world of as many others out there, but still, how do we know buyback has already been happening for the last month just like Dean said it would?
