There was no settlement number because the lawsuit was not settled.
AERP did not show up, therefore they lost. Default judgement.

So basically whatever NASCAR was suing for, they have a judgment for that amount against AERP.

I indicated that there was a Default Judgement against AERO was in excess of $1 Million.
I said that I "heard" that the Default Judgement amount was in excess $1.5 million.
Never has this been settled as you indicated.

Please keep the facts straight.

the way. The demise of this garbage was
predicted even before they went public.
Looks and smells like a scam, then maybe
