Hat Trick Beverage Sheds Subsidiaries With Focus on Beverage Division

12Next ..Hat Trick Beverage (PINKSHEETS: HKBV) -- Hat Trick Beverage announced today that they have sold and dissolved their relationship with CED Entertainment and MediaG3. In an effort to focus on their core business, Hat Trick Beverage sold CED Entertainment to Central Park North Records and completed their early sale of Halogen Records and CPN KIDZ Entertainment. Hat Trick Beverage also dissolved their relationship with MediaG3, who will return the stock received when acquired. CED Entertainment has returned their stock and additional compensation was received by Hat Trick in completion of the deal. "In the short time that we all were together it was a very professional and exciting times, but it was mutually agreed that this is best for all," states Larry Twombly, President and CEO of Hat Trick Beverage.
