That's fine about viatek, but are they gaining national exposure and pending retail contracts as ZVTK? I dont think so. I don't consider them as a threat at all.

The first thing I researched into ZVTK was whether they held a patent as it gives something concrete for me to want to invest money into this company.

I have yet to find any evidence of an existing patent, but that theere was an application for a patent (unresolved). Sorry no links since this was a couple months ago and I did not save them.

If anybody does have proof please post it (I was not able to find an iHub post yet). Patents are pretty easy to search for.
