i dont see scam. but i do see poor communicatons, mismanagement and a few other negs...they need to pull it all together and make it happen.

Yah, all we need is a 10:1 RS followed by an additional dilution of 5bil and then another RS with another dilution and on and on and on and we can probably figure out how to make some money on this stock.

Otherwise, RS is so unhealthy on top of unhealthy........

I have been in many stocks that reverse split 100:1, 250:1 , etc. The dilution starts again the pps drops again. It is a vicious cycle. AMNE will fall into the same scenario!! This company needs millions in sales to get out of the woods and get on track.
