I for one appreciate the tone you set for the DPDW board.. It was one of the very reasons for which I became interested in DPDW over two years ago.. DPDW has gone up and down many times durung that period but your persistance to keep this board to the facts have helped the flow of information on this board.. Your willingness to continue your updates far longer than any ability of reaping the rewards of a position in DPDW shows the respect that you have for fellow bagholders of DPDW.. For that I wish to compliment you..

The latest merger again has transformed DPDW into another company but with the same management in place.. Thier goals have appeared to not be the goals of all shareholders and whatever happens it done to inhance insiders and not minority shareholders.. They as always have taken the highroad in PR releases void of facts while leaving shareholders without projections or promises.. How many shares will be given away is the real question.. Hopefully this new addition to DPDW will also bring an indication to the minority shareholders that DPDW is still a wortwhile holding.. If one remembers on the last PIPE we were told for months that DPDW could not release news on the advice of thier lawyers..

Since many free shares and options have been given during the past few years and are in effect underwater as to price it shows the value of rewards offered to anyone that was induced to be part of DPDW and a shareholder in DPDW.. Even today little is known in the share structure after the so called purchase of another company by DPDW.. What will the PIPE if any bring in dilution and will it as before sold with enough leftover to pay for again the sins of current management..

The hiring of the new officer seems to be backloaded like a mutual fund that one owns but has to be sold.. Not only was the price to come aboard high but,, The severence was higher if things didn't work out..

"Under certain conditions she may receive up to three (3) times her base pay (termination and change of control), and she gets bonus benefits. A good, good deal for the lady if things don't pan out.
Let's hope she's worth her salt and never has to collect her "unemployment" benefits..... "

As a shareholder of a minority position I question if have the same rights as present management on a ratio equal to my shares.. The continued depression of facts to small shareholders only proves the view that I have not... Will we again because of the PIPE Be shutout to any info because DPDW is acting on the advice of our/thier lawyers for another 6 months??? If that is the case DPDW will continue to be dead money and not worthy of any investment by all..
