But you knew that.

AERP did not show up to defend itself and a default judgment was entered against AERP by the Court.

WE don't know the final DEFAULT JUDGEMENT amount.
I "heard" it was in excess of $1.5 Million.
Nascar was suing for in excess of $1 million.
