I have tried to email and call seakinetics at both their facilities and have yet to get a response. The other thing that is important to remember is that these guys do business overseas and everywhere around the world so that is perhaps why it is hard to get a hold of them. If I get a response back from them I will surely let everyone know on this board.

I did call the company and left a message but havn't gotten a response from them. It's frustrating.
