$ .0034 tied for 2nd lowest closing ever and another 10 million share day.

Still no 10K

One wonders if the MMs have to continue to buy from the unlimited diluter?

Or is it possible that you guys are sucking up these millions of shares sold every day?



Lets see 10 million shares sold at $ .0025 profit thats only a $ 25,000 dollar a day profit for Mr. Big Diluter.

and it may reduce the debt by about $ 8,000 a day as well. But will it offset the interest at 18% on the remaining debt? Who knows?

All suppositions are my own only and will be either confirmed or rejected when the company 10K is filed and provides details as to shares oiutstanding and debt conversion if any.

Where is that 10K that is 34 days late now, anyway?
