At .05 cents the market cap is $66,030,229 minimum. What makes this company worth $66 million dollars?

Im in at .047, hoping for a gap up tomorrow.

I agree. Even saying a stock would go from .03 to .34 in one trade is laughable. NO ONE is going to be the first to pay that premium. Like anything else its a slow climb up.

Does this mean that the new company is buying the shares off of the shareholders? Or that they are simply buying the IHSN for their entire OS x .34 ...?
