Thank you for the answer drsandcrs. I think we're all trying to do the same.
Personally I haven't seen the typical mindless pumping to jump in this you normally do on virtually any other board I-Hub has. I've only seen responsible comments/opinions/facts/ideas/etc made by some sober faced investors who have a fairly decent grip on the risk(s)in large part because of some very knowledgable posters such as yourself and others setting out the facts.
I think everyone would agree don't bet the family farm on this!
It's very true Meruelo does play mean...no doubt about it...but meaness won't be the deciding factor in the end.
Meruelo took this company public in 2007 (was that a "mean" act?)...nobody forced him to do it...back then he thought public money was great...his smile in the pic at the IPO debut tells the story...I saw no gun was to his head! Because of that we now have a stake...we're partners...now he thinks the public money is a rag for him to wipe his okole on (it's Hawaiian)...and if Meruelo isn't our advocate, as he should be morally and legally as our CEO, then it's time for us to speak up for ourselves...we want a voice...perhaps the courts will help us...and perhaps they won't.
