You can't be serious. My research shows that Ingen owns the trademark "Oxyview" as follows:

Ingen did want the Oxyview Nasal Cannula, but it was too conflicting with Oxy-View glasses manufactured by another company who filed a complaint (not a law suit) and Ingen came up with a much better trademark "SMART Nasal Cannula".

You are very very wrong with your assumption on INGEN Pulse Oximeter. Ask me why and I'll tell you !
