Don't know about Regulator78.

The lenders/investors who have talked to me are happy MD has taken a back seat but they don't really trust MS to "right the ship." They see MS as a big part of the problem. He has been intimately involved along with the rest of the "new management" since late 2006.

The problem is with no money how do you find and hire people who know what they are doing, especially when control of the board still rests with management? It's very frustrating!!!

The best solution we can come up with is for MS, EB, DM & MD to work together and get the issues solved. There is enough blame to go around. Stop the bickering and get the darn job done already!!!
