They may be doing a 'construction' around the PBR. If they get too much interference of external organisms on the PBR the most logical thing to do is to put a cage like protection over it (swimming pools). Reason enough to shut off the cam.
Would inoculation take that long after the cam was shut off ?

Do you really think the move the entire pbr to the RIGHT or just moved the camera to the LEFT ? hmmm tough one.
