I have zecco. It is pretty good. In pinkies execution times are based on how fast market makers execute your orders. It does not matter much on the broker. If the stock you are buying is being played an MM then you shouldn't expect your orders to go in As soon as you placed the order. Sometimes it might take few minutes! Sometimes they won't even execute your buy on the ask!
