The PR should be out by 12pm the latest. And if the plan on keeping the stock under control so it doesn't shoot past .01 today before the sale is complete. They will release the PR a little after 3:30pm

i know, i am just south of them here in san diego....been up since 6:15 pst......crystal clear out....warm.....and the blue jays are noisy as heck....lol.....it won't happen until after their coffee and donuts.....which sounds damn good right about now....LOL
