Only board speculation that Tom was the buyer. No facts, thus irrelivant statement. IF another public companty is involved it makes sence that the PR would be joint. If not a public company then they may still be in control of the information flow under contractual agreement.
Advice is to wait and watch. Patience grass hopper.
